Sorreltail smiled a little mischeviously and flicked her tail.

"Oh, well, maybe we could spend some of the night out here togehter, too." She mewed, winking at him and nudging him before leaping across the stones, enjoying the sight of the setting sun as well as the time she was spending with Brackenfur.

Brackenfur jumped after her automaticaly.

"Aren't you worried that someone might miss us?", he asked standing beside her, "we might get into trouble"

Sorreltail laughed.

"I never worry!" She purred, "I told Rainwhisker I had some relaxing to do." She turned and set some moss on one of the rocks, piling it delicately until it looked like a little mound.

"A message for him, when he comes looking." She said, winking at Brackenfur playfully/

Brackenfur tilted his head to the side at the pile of moss.

"Where do you want to go?", he asked forgetting the strange sign. He got closer so there pelts touched. He didn't want to be further.

Sorreltail sighed.

"Oh, I don't know. Someplace nice, where no cat will ever find us!" She mewed, purring at the thought and winking at him with a mischevious expression on her pretty face.

Brackenfur looked around.

"What about fourtrees? No cat should be there", he meowed starting to walk.

Sorreltail smiled.

"Sure, works for me." She purred, following him.

Brackenfur took off, his feet flying over the growing undergrowth. He turn every so often to look at Sorreltail. The smell of birds filled his nose but he didn't want to stop. Each paw fell loud as he could run faster not worring of sound.

Sorreltail danced alongside him, happy and laughing as their fur brushed and their scents mingled, the stars seemed to shine to brightly, the birds seemed so happy... She could do nothing but be glad. Be glad and dance. Dance for her love, hoping he enjoyed the sound of her voice as she raised it in a sweet, endearing song.

Brackenfur let out a loud purr with a huge smile on his face. His tail twined with her as she danced and sing in delight. "You enjoying yourself", he laughed then started to hum along with her.

Sorreltail smiled and for a reply leaped into the air, pulling his tail with her. She landed on top of him, sweeping both of them off their paws. They'd just managed to get to the hillside that led to Fourtrees. Sorreltail laughed as they rolled together down the hill, and she held tightly to him with her forepaws. They landed in a heap of fur and laughter, with Brackenfur on top of Sorreltail. She looked up at him and smiled, purring softly and arching her neck to lick his muzzle gently.

Brackenfur stared down at her with a fierce smile. He licked her muzzle softly, then moved to her head knocking off a couple of small twigs. Her fur got messed up by the twigs so he smoothed it down for her. "You ready to start off back to fourtrees or you want me to keep u down all night", he asked.

Sorreltail looked up at him, her expression serious for once. Her eyes sparkled, and though she didn't exactly smile, her face displayed such an expression as to hint at one of her infamous grins.

"I don't mind it that much." She said softly, looking into his eyes and wishing, hoping, dreaming... But all she managed was a somewhat choked purr.

Brackenfur stood there moving his tail with hers. His heart was pounding making him shake a little. "Just tell me when you want me off", he meowed staring into her eyes. Whenever you want, I'm yours, He thought.

Sorreltail smiled up at him and reached up with a forepaw, resting it on his neck as she leaned forward and licked his muzzle. Her heart seemed to expand and fill her chest, warming her and making the blood seem to pound in her veins. She stared up into his eyes and smiled softly. If the night could last forever, she would just stay that way, with him in her embrace, all throughout eternity.

Brackenfur keep a watchful stare on the playful she-cat. His mind filled with thoughts of her. Lowering his head he nudged up Sorreltail chin. He gave her neck a soft lick then up until his muzzle was by her ear. He let out a deep sounding purr as he enjoyed being with her.

Sorreltail sighed.

"I love you, Brackenfur." She said quietly, pricking her ears forward and purring, letting herself relax beneath him and curling her tail around his.

Brackenfur moved slightly. Placing his paws carefully on her right side, he moved off of her. He laid next to her.

"I love you too Sorreltail", he said quietly trying to break the peacefull silence that filled the lower part of the hill.

Sorreltail purred and rolled onto her side, bringing herself up so that she could pressed her muzzle against his and wrap her paw around his shoulder. She crouched forward and licked his scruff gently, then she laid her chin on his back, purring and closing her eyes as she twined her tail with his.

Brackenfur tail twined with her into a tight bond that couldn't break them away. She could do anything to him for he was to much in love with her it waas hard to think. A frozen moment in time would be perfect for right now.

"You ready to finish our journey to fourtrees?", he asked softly. The stars now shined over there heads.
