The she-cat's pale blue eyes searched for some signs of the TrueClan she had heard about, her heart slowly plummeting with each pawstep. Is it nearby? She thought, sighing softly. Pricking her delicate grey ears she listened for a moment. She was strangely beautiful for a cat from SilenceClan, for her lean body was something one would expect from a Wind or ShadowClanner. Her long limbs were streaked with grey as well as her tail and face, and her delicate frame rippled with power every step she took. Her eyes, a luminous blue, drifted to the sky, searching for the bird who had spoken to her, like a sign from StarClan. She looked over her shoulder to make sure Canyonpaw hadn't fallen behind. She felt reassured by his presence, but there was still a knot in her stomach when she thought about what they faced. Possibly death, she knew that. The second a TrueClanner scented SilenceClan they could attack and not give Mistpaw or Canyonpaw a chance to even defend themselves. She took a deep breath. If this is how it ends... at least I can say that I finally found who I am deep inside... Suddenly she caught a strong scent of cats up ahead, and her fur prickled. She slowed until finally she stood still, staring forward at where she could just see cats moving about. Her paws felt like they weighed more then a badger, and she felt as if she couldn't go any farther.

As Canyonpaw walked, he thought. Not just thoughts, but prompting the future to be. Would his litter-mates accept him? Would they even trust him? Would they even recognize him? He sighed and padded on. Submersed in thought, he stumbled on a log and landed in a murky pot of mud. He quickly leapt up and raced off to try and reach Mistpaw. He began to stop at constant intervals to try and clean up. By the time he scented cats ahead, he was clean as when he had started. He padded next to Mistpaw, suddenly feeling the fear boil up in him like hot water in a cup. He would have to face his family, he knew that. And what if they were not accepted into the Clan? Killed? He could not let that happen to Mistpaw. Suddenly embarrassed by the thought, he replaced the reason. Because she is the only of us that can talk. He knew that wasn't the only reason, but it was a fair enough reason all the same.

Mistpaw turned slightly to look at Canyonpaw, and noticed that he seemed as nervous as she felt. She let out her breath and started as she heard a twig snap. She turned, her pale blue eyes wide.
"I know, I know." Growled an irritated voice. Two cats emerged, one dark grey and one tabby. The tabby was a tom with dark emerald eyes, and the dark grey a she-cat with dark blue eyes. They started when they saw Mistpaw and Canyonpaw, and the tom's hackles raised slightly. The she-cat remained composed, though Mistpaw could tell that she knew they were from SilenceClan.
"Who are you, and what is your business here?" She inquired. Mistpaw felt her fur tremble as she stared at the powerful she-cat. The tom was large enough, but the dark grey warrior... her eyes were filled with a dark presence, and her shoulders were broad and strong. She was larger than most cats, Mistpaw knew that at once. Her claws were unsheathed, and Mistpaw noticed that they were pitch black.
"I am Mistpaw, and this is Canyonpaw. We come from SilenceClan... and we wish to join TrueClan." She meowed uneasily. The she-cat's eyes flickered for a moment, and the tabby tom seemed unconvinced. The she-cat flicked her tail, then relaxed.
"You'll have to speak to Dragonstar, then." She meowed indifferently. Mistpaw started. What, she wasn't going to kill them right away? Still, this Dragonstar sounded... tough. Mistpaw gathered up all her courage and nodded, turning to see if Canyonpaw had understood what was requested of them.

Canyonpaw let out another silent sigh, famous for he, and nodded to Mistpaw his understanding. The hardest part is left to come yet. Another one of Sycamorepaw's silly 'logicals' again. But somehow, they seemed to be helping Canyonpaw out more now than ever. He smiled slightly, taking a pace forward. He now stood next to Mistpaw, ready still to defend her if necessary. But he did not let that show. No, not yet. I'll wait until the time is right. He pressed forward, ready now to follow the dark grey and tabby TrueClanners.

The dark grey she-cat examined both of the new cats, her eyes narrowed slightly. She nodded suddenly and turned, padding towards the camp. The tabby took up the rear, his emerald eyes darkening a shade as he watched the cats before him. Mistpaw could feel his eyes burning into her, making her feel like she was being stalked or something. She inched forward after the dark grey she-cat, her grey paws moving uneasily as she padded into the TrueClan camp. She could see the cats all staring at her, and a few jumped to their paws as they scented SilenceClan. StarClan protect us. She thought, shrugging her shoulders and moving quicker than before.

Canyonpaw dragged himself slowly, ears bent back in fear. He was low to the ground, in case he saw anyone he knew he might hide. Glancing around wildly, he scented familiarity. His heart stopped. There was slight blood trailing from the clearing to a den that reeked of herb. Inside, a familiar black shape lay strewn about. Nightpaw. That meant that Sycamorepaw was probably alive too. He may be here with Nightpaw. That made Canyonpaw feel sick. Now he was sure that joining the Clan was a bad idea. He hurried after Mistpaw, trying to remain quiet and hidden at all times.

Mistpaw noticed Canyonpaw seemed unnerved, and her eyes traced the path of blood to the black shape lying in the den nearby. She saw a flicker of mixed colors as a tom stepped out of the den. Her eyes widened as she saw a handsome tortoiseshell tom, young apparently, with pale blue eyes. He paused, sniffing the air, and his ears flicked forward instantly. Can't he see us? She wondered absentmindedly. She turned her attention back to the dark she-cat who paused outside of a den. Dragonstar's probably. Mistpaw thought nervously.
"Dragonstar?" The she-cat called out softly. Mistpaw was surprised by the tenderness in her voice, and she wondered how the cat was related to the leader of TrueClan. Perhaps she was his sister or something? Mistpaw saw the tortoiseshell padding up to them, his pale blue eyes fixed straight on her, making her uncomfortable, but she didn't show it.
"Who're are these cats?" He asked the tabby behind them. The tom shrugged.
"Dunno. SilenceClannres who want to join the Clan, I guess." He meowed. The tortoiseshell pricked his ears again but said nothing.

Beavercloud was grabbing a piece of prey when the whole camp tensed up. Two cats who were said to be from SilenceClan wanted to join TrueClan.
I wonder if they felt out of place, She thought to herself. Wouldn't be hard to notice considering how evil they are supposedly. Those two cats would stick out like a sore pad.
She watched the cats closely as they disappeared inside Dragonstar's Den

"You called?" An attractive voice sounded out of the black entrance of the glistening white stone cave, and an odd but handsome looking tom stepped out. He looked like a normal tabby, except for his fiercely pale yellow eyes, and his ears that curled backwards with white fur lining them like smoke.
Coldfire followed the Trueclan leader out into the opening. She had been talking to him about her Guardian ceremony, which she had completed the other day, however, she still felt at an unrest with her past... Wasn't that what the ceremony was for? Why do I still feel displaced? she thought uncertainly. She had only begun to address Dragonstar when he had been called out into the clearing....again. I don't know how he keeps up with it all! This place never rests and gets bigger all the time! she thought in disbelief.

Mistpaw's eyes widened as the tom emerged. He was so strong and noble-looking... she felt her heartbeat quicken. Would he accept them? The grey she-cat dipped her head respectfully, and Mistpaw did, as well.
"Dragonstar, these two cats come from SilenceClan, and request to join TrueClan." She meowed, flicking her long, thick tail at Mistpaw and Canyonpaw. She pricked her ears, looking at the leader with calm dark blue eyes. Mistpaw could feel apprehension as she looked at the other cat who emerged. Maybe this wasn't the best idea... She thought nervously. But then she took a deep breath and fixed her fierce blue eyes on Dragonstar.

Canyonpaw, who was still trying to hide within the group, emerged from the center to the front of the Clan. A glimmer of sunshine caught his pelt, and he lit up like fire. His gaze flickered about in worry, and when he noticed Dragonstar he felt his heart hammer out of his chest. He bowed his head respectfully, and kept it there for a long period in order to avoid the leader's penetrating gaze. As Canyonpaw held his head down, he scented for anyone familiar. But he found not Sycamorepaw, if surely he did scent Nightpaw in the Medic's Den. He sighed in silence, awaiting to understand the acceptation or rejection.

Thorn
A handsome tom padded into the clearing of the camp, his heart hurt a lot because the disappearence of his love, Kimberly. "Hello." He meowed grimly, he had been away for days. He looked underfed and unhappy but he soon started to groom his pelt and soon it was clean again. "Hi Canyonpaw." He purred, "I don't remember you..... Do you know Demon? A SilenceClan cat, evil, can kill a mountain lion for the fun of it?" Thorn asked the apprentice. " Dragonstar, I have returned home..." He meowed to his leader.

Canyonpaw through his glance back at the warrior. He thought back to not long ago at SilenceClan. Demon... Demon... Kills for the fun of it... actually, that could be any cat... Demon... His eyes lit up, and he nodded enthusiastically. He had always admired the cat's strength and courage, he was fearless and reckless. And had been rumored to have killed his fair share of lions.

Snowshoe and Softheart slipped into camp, late timing like always. They looked at each other wondering what was going on. The two toms padded along the edge of the camp. Snowshoe stopped when he scented Silenceclanners. Softheart though, went on forward. His pale emrald eyes caught onto the two young cats. He slowed, staying a bit away from the talking among the leader and the cats. They didn't look like to much of a threat to him, but he didn't like the thoughts that he was getting. His heart quickened at the thought. Quickly, he dropped back by the Nursery. His eyes looked inside, but didn't see anything because his thoughts were more even more jumbled. Softheart sat, not moving. His frame was tensed as he watched from a far.

The silver she-cat ignored the commotion that was gathering in the camp. She hadn't been able to sleep since the incident with the badger, and this didn't help. Emi bit her paw, trying to concentrate on something besides the noise. She bit it until it bled, but it didn't help. She looked down calmly at Treecleft and Ginger. They were sleeping so peacefully. She licked Ginger's head gently, then sighed and got to her paws. She padded out into the clearing, almost running into Softheart.
"Wha-" She shook her head, turning and looking in the direction he was staring. She could just see some strange cats standing before Dragonstar. New additions, perhaps? They do smell familiar... She thought uneasily.

Softheart turned his head and looked at Emi. He whispered quietly, "Silenceclanners... They say that they want to join... I don't trust them..." His gaze turned from his mate and looked at the cats before Dragonstar. He didn't move from the spot he was in.

Emi sighed and flicked his shoulder.
"You're so paranoid sometimes." He meowed.

Canyonpaw felt himself shrink even more in a compacted form. The burn and stare of a thousand different souls, all hateful and ready to kill in a moment's notice. Suddenly, Canyonpaw spotted a bird. He raced into the Dirtplace, alone. Tweeting a few notes, he ran swiftly back to the group. The bird twittered over, landing on a branch near the group. To Dragonstar, it called loud enough to be heard. "Let 'em join! They are True!" It was an awkward, painful squawk. But it was easily interpreted into words if one listened. Let 'em join... They are True ... Perfect! Canyonpaw thought happily. No cat could refuse to let them join, after a bird had told them so.

"Stupid bird," A well-built tom muttered, flicking his ears. He gave his pelt a few licks, then turned to a she-cat, with fur nearly crimson red. " Who are these cats?" he meowed gruffly.
The crimson cat sighed. "Silenceclanners. They want to join." she mumbled.
The tom shook his head. "They will be untrusted." he growled.
"Oh, Authentic! The crimson she-cat barked. "They have a chance. I just wonder what made them come here. Urge, perhaps?"
Authentic shrugged. "Maybe that stupid squawking bird told them to come, Passion." he said with a little amusement.

Softheart looked at Emi. "You can't blame me though." He mrowed in answer. His eyes looked at Emi, smiling weakly and innocently.
