Pebblefur smiled, flicking his mate with his tail. Suspicious correct, he began to wonder. She and Darkshard? No, it wasn't that way. She loved him. Didn't she? It was growing harder to tell with each passing sunrise, an he didn't like to think that she would never really love him. Was she jut playing a card because of a lie she told to make him heal? He had been nearly dead, and of course she had wanted him to pull through. Because of guilt, not love. And why did she tell him he loved him? And seem unenthusiastic about becoming his mate? He wanted so badly to ask her everything, and to know the truth. But how could a tom go about something like that?

Dreamwhisker woke, everything was still blurred but the shape of her mate was clear. She purred softly at him by herside. "Hello" she meowed in his ear lovingly. She got closer to him and licked his cheek of some moss. "Seems like im getting bigger by the passing days." she meowed glacing at her huge belly.

"Good sign." Pebblefur said absently. He was preoccupied in thought.
"They're all mine, right?" He asked, knowing he was worrying about nothing. He looked up to see Thyme walk in to examine his wounds. The tom looked sad and lost in thought. Of course, he always did.

"Your my mate and I haven't started feeling like this until a moon after we became mates", she meowed, wondering what the quiet tom was thinking. Of coarse they were his! she thought for Darkshard and her only had such a short time together and they weren't Hamiliton for she never really told him how she felt and it was so long ago. "Why are you wondering?"

"Call it a tom's intuition but I think we became mates too suddenly. I crushed on you, and you were forced a little by my... injury. I fear you never had a chance to transition loves and that you still love him..." Pebblefur said sadly. Love was a fickle, frail and fragile friend and foe. Or at least that was what Pebblefur's mother had always said.

Dreamwhisker was shocked at the words that came out of Pebblefur mouth. Her eyes were filled with pain and hurt. A kit kicked making her squirm a little at the feeling. Her eyes were locked onto Pebblefur's as she said the next few words. "I love you" she meowed sternly it was truth and she knew him better then Darkshard

"Then I'm a fool. I love you more than everything and everyone, my life or any other's." He said with a smile. Everything was okay and he was just overreacting. She loved him and wanted to be his mate, and he loved her and they were mates. All was well, and he needed to stop worrying.

She purred at the contentment of the two. Over the past week the strong smell of rain filled the air and the beginning signs of it coming down began. Gray clouds turn the outside a glood gray, the sound of raindrop hitting the outside. "I love rain" she meowed quietly as a drop hit her nose.

[[Afraid not. I made Happykit and he's he only kit Pebblefur names. He stays Happykit. And I don't want to add more kits, that's just too many. If you don want him though, I do. Bad.]]

Pebblefur nodded absently with a sigh. "Beautiful..." He said softly, nuzzling her.
