A white as snow cat stood at the entrance to the clearing, his eyes clenched together to stop the tears from falling out.His mind was reliving the events of his past;the invasion. His snow-hued brother, Moonpelt, standing next to him.Their faces were snarling in the mood of the battle. The snow blew in flurries around them, blinding anyone who looked into it.Moonpelt attacked,a growl low in his throat. The Thunderclan warrior scurrying away. "Excellent work- Moonpelt!" His twin had attacked him,a cold fury in his dark eyes. They began to circle, snarl on each of their faces and growls in their throats. It hadn't taken long for Shadowheart to figure out that Moonpelt had betrayed him.How could he?Betray his best friend. His brother. His family. How could he? The rage that these thoughts provoked filled him and he attacked Moonpelt, gaining the advantage.A simple strike on his claw, and blood stained his pelt.He stepped backwards quickly, off his brothers dying body."I hate you,Shadoweye!"His last sentence.Shadoweye stood there,in shock, the sounds of the battle leaving him.His eyes stared blankly ahead. His body became a statue. The only sound to him was the steady plot of blood. Shadowheart sobbed gently, his body shaking. It didn't matter who saw him.No one was up any way.No one would,or could, understand. They hadn't been alive during the battle,or hadn't fought in it.They couldn't understand his pain.Another sob shook through his body, unnoticed in the beginnings of snow.Tom clenched his eyes closer together,as he noticed the snow.It was exactly like the day of the invasion,it was even on the same day...an anniversary.

Nightsky sighed as she left the canyon-colored tom to his sleep. It had been a long and cold night, explaining to him part of his life. But she had done an excellent job so far. She had left out every dark, startling detail, like his anger and hatred. He had found their adoptive mother to be amusing, and Mottledfur had only recently passed away of old age. He smiled a wide, becoming grin that Nightsky did not see when he learned of Rootpaw's loyalty, and had felt horrible at abandoned his Clan. But now was a time for rest. Nightsky scented a tom in the entrance to the camp, and did not recognize him. She sighed, wishing she could only live here once more. "Hello?" She called out, her black pelt speckled white with snow and her blue eyes twinkling.

((Coughs. Er, B-Claw, this was a post for me and View xD But it'd be ool if it was us three lol.))
Arcticstar heard the tentative voices in the distance, and thankfully to the snow, she was quick and invisable due to her fluffy white pelt that matched her to the white, powdery stuff she tramped through now. If only her paws were silent! Crunch, crunch, crunch.. The annoying sound of leaf-bare. Stalking up quickly to the approaching cats, she smelled Shadowheart, the odd, silent one that was part of her Clan. And a strange scent. Intruder!. Following the intruders scent, she soon came upon her, a cat she almost recognized. "Salutations," the leader said in her symphonic, musical voice. She came out of hiding, showing no anger or signs of attack. She lifted her tail up in a friendly manner. "Hello, I am Arcticstar, leader of ShadowClan. Tell me, what is your business here?" Her blue eyes blazed in the night. She almost called for Shadowheart, but she decided he'd probably find his own way there.

Even through his tears he could see the black shadow,a she-cat by the scent of it.Then her voice. He glanced up,his face guarded. After what had happened to him,on couldn't trust any one.Least of all,a cat who smelt distinctly familiar.Shadowheart didn't move;snow flakes lay on his pelt,a thick enough layer to not melt.As Articstar showed herself [Shadowheart hadn't know where she was all along;when you're that advanced in hiding yourself, you can see other well.]he stood, ready to fight in case this got hostile. He shook quickly, his silver eyes watching steadily, from a distance.

[[Sorry, I can leave if you want. The thread title never said reserved, though, mind you, and neither did the first post.]]
Nightsky blinked, her faded blue eyes catching nothing but the emptiness she lived in. "I don't believe you'd remember me. Little blind kit from long ago. Ran off after her deaf brother with her mute brother. Came back to help Canyonfur, my deaf brother..." She sighed. Her life's summary was trying to find and then bring back her brother, whom had returned on his own free will. The blind black she-cat blinked at the familiar she-cat. "You wouldn't happen to be... remember me, would you?" Nightsky didn't remember the warrior, but her scent was very familiar.

"Well. I remember all of you, actually. Canyonfur, Rootpaw... And Nightkit.. Yes, I suppose I do." She felt Shadowhearts wary feelings blaring through her pelt. She tried to relax. Nothing to fear, She though strongly. She glanced back to Nightsky. How had her whole litter come out blind, deaf, and mute? It was sort of unthinkable, yet a miracle they were all surviving. Accept for poor Canyonfur, with his amnesia blocking his way into the world. And Mistrose, with her missing kit. Shaking away glum feelings, she smiled at Nightsky. "Come to help Canyonfur?" Arcticstar blinked, not sure of what to do. [Hey, VIew, I was wondering, maybe Shadowheart and Arcticstar could become mates, in some exotic twist? ]

Shadowheart sat still, not bothering to hide the warriness that was coming off him,as well as the readiness to fight. His claws were unsheathed even as recognition of the female. He was a natural warrior, built for battle, but with the added bonus of being agile and swift. As if sensing his leaders confusion he stood and walked to the two cats, his almost clear hypnotic eyes never moving from the black pelted cat. His eyes had creeped out much stronger warriors.
(Depends.Just remember,Shadowheart is older than Articstar,I believe. How old is she exactly?)

"And Rootpaw... He was the Medicine Cat Apprentice. Canyonfur..." Nightsky couldn't complete the sentence. The thought that her brother had murdered her eldest was horrifying. "Yes, I have actually." She said with a smile.

[Arcticstar is in her 40's, maybe 46-48.]
"Canyonfur's a good kid, even though he has an... interesting past. I'm suire he'll be remembered in the greatest ways possible when he is gone." she smiled half-heartedly to Nightsky, hoping her words were true. "Canyonfur, as you probably know, is suffering amnesia. I can take you to camp to see him...." She trailed away, staring into the grove where Shgadowheart was standing. she flicked her tail for him to follow, feeling a sort of connectioin to the strange warrior. It was odd, hse knew, but it was just there.

"Actually, I already went to see him. I reserve the right to see my brother." She stated plainly, her blind blue eyes sparkling with no hint of fear. She did not care what Arcticstar did, she had talked to her brother and he was a much changed tom. Maybe he could be different. She shook her head sadly. "I wish he had always been this way, though." Nightsky said, sniffing sadly. Was he really changed?
Nightpaw growled as she heard the scuffle of tiny paw-prints. The little feet slid past her, and back again. She bared her teeth, curling into a tight ball. Sharp was the creature's tang. It's foul breath buffeted her black fur. She cried out to it again, fear pulsing through her lithe body. As she pulled tightly together, she felt the pain of her leg. It was red with drying blood, which still oozed from cracks. Blood spurted out as she strained her muscles, pulling them into the round protective sphere. She winced in pain, her growl cut short. Her leg was cut deep, down to the bone. The cream-grey bone was easily visible if the blood was cleared from her leg. Most of Nightpaw was coated in dried blood. She licked at the wound, praying it would stop. In her lack of concentration, the rat leaped at her...

shadowheart flicked his tail aimlessly against the snow covered ground. he narrowed his silver gaze when articstar flicked her tail, asking him to come to her.he wasn't really in the mood to move.but he wasn't really in the mood to disobey his leader,so he stood stretching the tension out of his muscles and walked over to her.he stopped a foot behind her, giving the two she-cats room.
