[Don't ruin it. The parents will never know! xD Don't let Saviorpaw find out!]
Mountainfur smiled. "He found a good resting spot out in the field, under the sun." Mountainfur promised that he would return and bury the kit soon. With that, he began to examine his new kits from a distance. He was not so secure around kits, or his new mate. "We leave in a few hours?" Mountainfur asked carefully. He wanted to head home soon. Then he recalled Canyonpaw. "Hey, Hollyleaf? Hate to bother you, but remember that orange cat that helped me fend off the dog at Fourtrees? I reckon that might be our Canyonpaw. 'Fraid he's run off." He turned to the despaired Mistpaw, feeling very guilty.
-
Sycamorepaw froze. He did not recognize the cat calling him. The sense of uneasy trust caused him to react quickly. "I was checking up on the elders. They're very tired, don't go in." He slipped up to the mysterious tom whom was so close to recognition. Right? And then he almost exploded with embarrassment. "Oh, sorry, Saviorpaw. My bad. I am very forgetful sometimes." He didn't take back the tired elders, because they had nearly clawed his eyes out when he had asked them to watch the kit. So maybe he could wait to tell his friend, too. Smiling, he turned Saviorpaw around and headed back to the nursery. "I wanna go see these new kits I've heard have been born. Born here, but they aren't even Clanners here! Would you believe it?"

OOC: Mkay.
BIC: Saviorpaw narrowed his eyes suspiciously but said nothing. He turned and heard his sister Ashfire's paws pacing back and forth, her tail sent little whistles through the air as she lashed it. He sighed and padded over.
"We have to find Canyonpaw!" She hissed.
"We will, soon." Saviorpaw murmured quietly. He could tell his sister was worried, but there was probably nothing to be too concerned about.
Mistpaw stared in desperation at Mountainfur.
"We must find him!" She wailed. She hobbled towards the entrance, limping because of a long gash on her flank. Wildeyes stopped her, though. The white she-cat looked oddly beautiful as she barred the way, her blue-purple eyes glittering in determination. There was no sign of the eccentric nature that had convinced her to leave her Clan.
"Canyonpaw will be fine, Mistpaw. Calm yourself." Wildeyes meowed. Mistpaw stared at her with frightened eyes, wondering where Canyonpaw could be.
"I know what it's like to lose someone dear to you... to never see what becomes of them. I will not allow the same to happen to you." Wildeyes meowed firmly, resting her tailtip on Mistpaw's shoulder. The young she-cat relaxed.
"Thank you." She whispered. But her tail still drooped and her ears sagged.
Nightpaw sat with his tail curled over his forepaws. He was thinking. What reason would Canyonpaw have for running off? And why had he frightened Mistpaw to the point where she almost killed herself trying to find him? He closed his eyes.
"SilenceClan!" A startled yowl interupted him. He turned and saw a white she-cat with ginger markings bristling at him, her lips curled back and her teeth bared.
"Really, Flamestreak," the dark grey she-cat beside the first sighed, "If he were a SilenceClanner would he be sitting in the center of our camp?" Flamestreak seemed embarrassed.
"I'm sorry, Tempeststorm." The dark grey she-cat's deep blue eyes stared down at Nightpaw.
"What are you doing here?" She asked, though her voice was calm, not accusing.
"M-my brother Saviorpaw and my sister Ashfire saved me from SilenceClan. I-I had lost my memory and was living with them." He meowed, wincing. Tempeststorm stared at him intensely for a few moments, and then nodded sharply.
"Very well." She meowed softly.

Hollyleaf nodded to Mountainfur, resting her head on her paws as her newborn kits nursed from her belly.

"Look, we have to leave soon. Any of your friends would be of great use taking the kits and Hollyleaf to WindClan." Mountainfur meowed to the two TrueClanners whom had just arrived and noticed them. "And Mistpaw, I don't think he wants to be found. I mean, wouldn't he have come back if he wanted to be with us?" Reconsidering, he asked, "What happened to you and him?"

Mistpaw stared sadly at her paws.
"H-he told me..." Her voice cracked with emotion. She shook her head.
"I don't think I could live if I never saw him again." She whispered, her eyes filled with sorrow. Saviorpaw padded up to her side and placed his tail on her shoulder.
Tempeststorm looked at them with narrowed eyes, but finally she nodded.
"Of course." She padded to Hollyleaf's side and stood with her head held high and her tail straight in the air.
"Would you like the assistence of Flamestreak and myself?" She asked the she-cat gently, her dark-blue eyes softening. Her pregnancy was not quite noticable yet, but it would soon begin to show. Whenever she thought of her kits-to-come, a warmth would fill her and she would feel excitement pulsing through her veins. She would never refuse to help another cat who felt this same feeling. She smiled disarmingly down at Hollyleaf.
Nightpaw looked to his left and saw a small twist in the rocks. Curious, he got up and padded towards it. Sticking his head around the corner, he saw a small den with several nests under a roof of rock. He blinked and looked at the fur of a cat in one of the nests.
"Can I help you?" A critical voice spoke out from behind Nightpaw. The young tom jumped and spun around, his claws extended and his fur bristling.
"Calm down, I'm not going to claw your ears." The tabby tom sighed impaitently.
"L-Littlepaw?" Nightpaw asked, recognizing the tom from one of the Gatherings he had gone to. But by now this cat surely wasn't Littlepaw.
"Littlecloud, actually. You're... Nightpaw, right? Huh, that's an amusing coincidence." The Medicine cat purred. He padded past Nightpaw and then paused, turning to glare over his shoulder.
"You have SilenceClan scent on you." He noted.
"Yeah, well... it's kind of a long story."
"Why don't you tell it as I sort out herbs? You can even help, if you like." Littlecloud mewed. Nightpaw nodded eagerly and padded after the tom. They sat in Littlecloud's den. Nightpaw told him everything he could remember, from the time when his father spoke to him in the Blood Forest, to when he fell into the water and lost his memory. He told Littlecloud all about becoming "Raven", and how life in SilenceClan had seemed so off to him, though he couldn't remember why.
"Ashfire and Saviorpaw came to rescue me. They've always looked out for me." Nightpaw sighed.
"Well," Littlecloud mewed softly, "It certainly seems like it. Wandering into the center of SilenceClan territory to find a cat you don't know is even there! That's gotta take guts." He meowed.
"Yeah," Nightpaw purred proudly. He looked over his shoulder at the cat in the nest.
"Who is that?"
"Nightpaw. An apprentice who was a loner for some time. Her brother Sycamorepaw is here, too, somewhere. She was injured in a badger attack. Won't be too long before she'll be up and about, though." Littlecloud meowed.
"Well, that's good news." Nightpaw said.
"Indeed." Littlecloud purred. The two cats seemed to enjoy each other's company, and Nightpaw was surprised at the friendliness of the previous ShadowClanner. He had never imagined one of those dark, dreary cats smiling widely like this one did. Littlecloud was much more open that Nightpaw could ever have dreamed, and he liked it.
"Well, perhaps I should go see how the search for Canyonpaw is getting on..." He murmured thoughtfully.

Nightpaw heard everything eagerly. Another Nightpaw here, stinking of SilenceClan and carrion. 'Parently he was one of those long-story-short folks. And then Littlecloud said badger attack. Sighing, Nightpaw tightened into a thick ball of black fur. She couldn't tell anyone what had really happened. Well, a lot had really happened. So she had just mentioned the badger attack. The rest could wait. And then she heard Canyonpaw. "CANYONPAW!?! Who cares about that pathetic excuse for twoleg bile? He's dirt, nothing more. He's a murderous traitor! I think you, Nightpaw, of all people, deserve to know the truth behind him. Because you seem to think he's worth something. WRONG!. He's the one who put me here, who refused our love, he... he..." Nightpaw began to sob quietly. "He even killed my brother, Rootpaw. He wanted to kill me and Sycamorepaw wouldn't let him. I wish you'd let him rot. But let me tell you, someone, what wrong he has done to us, to StarClan." She felt the pain well up inside her, and her wounds ached in the familiarity of the moment.

Nightpaw stared as soon as the voice had tore into the silence between him and Littlecloud. They turned and watched the she-cat in the nest until she broke down into fits of sobbing. Nightpaw felt his heart well up in sympathy for the cat who shared his name. He padded to her side and crouched beside her. He couldn't imagine the Canyonpaw he had known would do anything of that sort, but then again, he and Mistpaw had come from SilenceClan. When he recalled the sight of the silver she-cat breaking down in the clearing into fits of sobs over Canyonpaw he could hardly believe either of them were capable of any wrongdoing. He broushed her shoulder gently with his tail tip.
"It's Ok, Nightpaw. Canyonpaw is different now... he's changed." Nightpaw meowed, although he couldn't be sure this was true. After all, he had never known Canyonpaw before he was with Mistpaw in TrueClan. Whatever he had done, though, it had hurt this she-cat. Nightpaw wished he could understand her, comfort her. Here was one cat who didn't care whether the tom came back or not. He wondered what Mistpaw would do if she heard what Nightpaw had said about Canyonpaw.

"No, he's not changed. He'll never change. He's a murderer. Don't trust him, he's lying and scheming. He'll kill you... too..."He neck wound had torn itself open again, and now began to bleed through the cobweb. Nightpaw passed out as more of her precious blood seeped away.
-
"Well?" Mountainfur waited impatiently for Mistpaw's answer.

Littlecloud hissed through his teeth.
"Foxdung." He cursed, padding over to Nightpaw. He began to redress her wounds, muttering under his breath.
"I can't believe someone like Canyonpaw could have hurt another cat so badly." He meowed, frowning a little. There was Mistpaw, but she wasn't quite physically hurt as much as mentally. Still, it would seem that a lot of tragedy surrounded the tale of these two siblings. He couldn't imagine what he'd feel like if Ashfire had killed Saviorpaw, or vice versa. Or... he shivered. Or if Ihad killed one of them! What would they have thought of me?
Mistpaw stared down at her paws.
"H-he told me he loved me... and then he ran off. I think he was afraid that I didn't feel the same way... that he had said the wrong thing..." Mistpaw murmured, trying hard to keep her voice from trembling. She didn't succeed.

Mountainfur tried hard not to, but he couldn't help the sag in his jowls. "He-he loved you? And left because of that?" He was flabbergasted! Never had he heard of a cat doing such a foolish thing. Couldn't he see how much she loved him? "He's a daft fool, that one. Bile in his brain. He should have seen how you felt. Well by all means, I'll help find him. But you," Mountainfur turned to his mate and little ones. "You will stay in WindClan. Thank you, we shall appreciate your help." He said, turning to the TrueClanners. "We may want to leave soon, so we can have daylight left for a search party."

Mistpaw watched the exchange with a sinking heart. As Tempeststorm nodded she turned away, sinking into a black pit of despair. Why had Canyonpaw run away? What did he think she'd do, claw his ears off? Mistpaw hated herself at that moment. She hated everything from her hypnotizing blue eyes to her fine white-and-grey fur, to her very soul. Mistpaw dug her claws into the earth. Her shoulders trembled and she felt the urge to just run and never look back. Her body was too weak to go very far, but Mistpaw thought any place was better than here. She began to limp towards the entrance, her eyes staring sadly down at the earth. Without Canyonpaw, she didn't feel there was any reason to keep going. She knew it must seem like she was overreacting, but inside she felt such a turmoil she could hardly breath. Mistpaw slipped out of camp as Mountainfur was giving his orders. She hobbled through the golden plains, not caring where she was going. It wouldn't belong before the others noticed her abscence and went looking for her. She tried to quicken her pace, but it hurt too badly. By the time Mistpaw left TrueClan territory, everything ached. But she still kept going. She wound up skirting the ShadowClan border into the Twolegplace. At least she'd be able to think there. Mistpaw sat on a rock and tried to warm her seemingly-cold fur. Her entire body ached and her claws throbbed. She had torn open some of her dressed wounds, and blood matted her pelt. Her dull eyes stared out at nothing. She didn't care anymore. If a dog came by she'd let it eat her. If a Twoleg came she'd let it take her away. It didn't matter anymore.
"I hope you're happy, Canyonpaw." She meowed in a bitter voice, placing her muzzle on her paws. She tried to keep thoughts of rivers and drowning out of her mind, but it was definately a possibility. Mistpaw closed her eyes and her shoulders trembled with the grief she felt. What did it matter if she loved Canyonpaw? He'd taken off, without even letting her talk to him. Well, fine. It didn't matter. Nothing mattered.

Canyonpaw was far from happy. He had been turned back to the forest several times, and he felt the terrible aching in his chest only pulsate stronger. He wanted to go back and see Mistpaw, maybe she would tell him it was okay. But probably not now, he realized. She'd hate him now. So he figured he'd have no choice but to stay here forever. He began to roam and wander Twolegplace, wishing nothing more than to be killed or taken away or anything to save him from the pain. If only the dog at Fourtrees had eaten him. He'd be happier in StarClan now, but there wasn't much he could do. Suicide, maybe, but he couldn't for now. Too risky to be saved by a twoleg. And then he heard something.
Muttering, so familiar. Sweet and gentle, a voice as pure as moonlight and starshine. He leaped a fence and came across a view that made his heart skip a beat in fear and excitement. Now he'd have to face the music. Sighing, he padded up to her. "Mistpaw?"

Mistpaw's eyes widened and she turned slowly, her eyes seeking the face that had caused her so much pain. She moved too fast, leaping off the rock. Her weak limbs buckled beneath her and more of her wounds began to bleed again, but she picked herself up and stood, her breath coming out in short little gasps. She drank in the sight of him with desperate eyes.
"Canyonpaw..." She breathed, her voice shaking. She took a step forward, her whole body trembling. What if he ran away again? She stopped, fearful.
"Canyonpaw, I... I love you, too! I can't live without you! Please don't leave me again!" She wailed, finally unable to stand up any longer. She sank onto her belly and with alll the strength she possessed she lifted her head and met his gaze.
"P-please..." She begged.

"I won't ever leave you. I know you probably hate me. If you want me to go I can... But I will never leave you unless you want me too." He hurried to her side, rubbing up against her. "We need to get you to a Medicine Cat." He said, sighing. He could never leave her again. "I love you."
-
"No, Hollyleaf. I'll take Taintedkit. Tempeststorm, can you take Featherkit? And Flamestreak, help Hollyleaf please." Mountainfur commanded, taking his kit from Hollyleaf.

Tempeststorm nodded slightly and gently picked up the little she-kit. Her teeth relaxed in the kit's scruff, she straightened and waited for further directions from Mountainfur. Flamestreak padded to Hollyleaf's side, her pale blue eyes fixed on the Queen.
Mistpaw relaxed at his touch and sighed.
"I'll be fine. I'm just weak." She had forgotten she was still bleeding. It didn't matter anymore.
"And I don't hate you, Canyonpaw. I'd rather die than live without you." She said in a gentle voice, her eyes fixed on his face. She sighed softly. She had found him at last.

"I'm glad. So, should we head off? Where to? I don't think I'm right for TrueClan... not now..." He remembered seeing his sister, his brother's refusal to accept him. The fact that they both probably hated him. He couldn't face them, not yet. He hoped Mistpaw might understand. "I always had a thing for ShadowClan. Can we go there?" He remembered the good memories as a kit there. That was a happy place, place of his birth. The perfect place to go.
-
"Let's head off then." Mountainfur said under the scrap of fur held softly but firmly in his teeth. The kit squirmed little, and reminded him so much of the cat he had been told so much about. Mountainfur's mother hadn't missed a mark while telling them about their father. And how he had run away. But he hadn't, though no one knew. He had been killed and eaten by a feral dog. He had run away, like Mountainfur, not scared. Just pondering. All alone, he had pondered. Mountainfur might not have known, but he would still honor his 'runaway' father. The kit, Taintedkit after Taintedfall, was patient and still in his father's jowls. It was where he belonged - with his father.

OOC: (I s'pose. The problem about WindClan is Magic is hardly ever on, and that Clan is led by Magicheart, soo... we're going to have to comprimise)
BIC: Mistpaw hesitated. She couldn't deny she would miss all of the wonderful cats in TrueClan. The purpose of defeating the evil cats that she had lived among lingered, but she would not give that up just becaues she was going to leave TrueClan. She took a deep breath. This obviously meant a lot to Canyonpaw. And Mistpaw remembered sometimes missing the WindClan she hardly could see anymore. In ShadowClan she'd be so close to her own home. She could make the small sacrifice of leaving TrueClan for Canyonpaw, and still get something else out of it anyway.
"Ok..." She sighed, "Let's go to ShadowClan."
OOC: Don't you forget her cookie XD
BIC: Flamestreak nodded.
OOC: That was lame but I don't feel like RPing Streaky right now...
