This is a place where wolves run free, where humans have never touched, and where the Great Spirits watch over everything. This is a land where, when a pup is born, he is taken away to be raised away from the packs in order to find his own true self. This is a place where, when that same pup is grown, he is given an Other, an animal spirit that completes his true nature and unlocks his true elemental potential. The loners do not know of the tribes, the tribes do not know of each other. This is their reality. These are their stories.
Miakale.| Living in a forest, this is the tribe where those with more violent, less sociable others end up. They have their own set of beliefs, their own rules. They find glory in bloodshed, but most do not go out of their way to initiate fights among the wolves in this tribe. Often, wolves who end up here must be around others, but are also quite comfortable being alone. Many a member has possessed a cruel tongue and lacked compassion for another.
Dansei.| These wolves live on a mountain and are generally the ones that try to care for others. Generally kind and trusting, this is the tribe where those with more timid, reliant others end up. They believe that they can please the Spirits with kindness by taking care of each other and everything around them. They tend to have kind words for others and frown upon any sort of fight or insult.
Loners.| Though there are by far fewer loners than any other group, they do tend to pop up occasionally. To call them loners is not entirely accurate, for they do tend to form small groups, but these are generally the wolves who do not need any company at all. This life has no rules, but there is a code of conduct of sorts. The wolves who live like this tend towards one extreme or the other - easy going or very uptight. No matter what, though, with all of the space these have to roam in, the chances of finding another are fairly low unless you're looking.
This is a new site and still needs elders for the two tribes. We have active, enthusiastic admins and some great members, so why not join the party?
