A young, plump she-cat paced back and forth. Herwhite and grey fur was blown by the wind. I hope he's happy she thought. Hopewhisper's green eyes were watching for Fade.

OOC: Was that a threat or an innocent wish?
BIC: Fade padded along with his ears pricked, watching for his mate, Hopewhisper. He hadn't seen her much lately, what with the patrols and the hunting and the watching. He'd been swung full on into Clan life without a moment's hesitation, and he'd grown somewhat close to a few of the noble, free-spirited warriors. Even though Fade sometimes felt trapped in the lonesome life of a half-Warrior, he enjoyed it somewhat. The routines and the friendships were nothing like SilenceClan; they were more wholesome, happier. He caught up to his mate and smiled at her obvious anxiety.
"Anything wrong, my sweet? Just dying to see me, are you?" He purred, touching noses with her and rubbing his flank against hers, flopping his tail over her back and purring as he greeted her.

Hopewhisper purred. "I have missed you lately" she mewed licking his muzzle. Her forest green eyes looked into his. "But I have to tell you something" she mewed. "Were having kits" she said nervously. Please don't react like Shadow she thought to herself. Images of the dark tom flooded her but she pushed them away. This was a happy time.

Fade blinked and looked intently at Hopewhisper, running through what he'd thought she said. Kits... His face fell. Oh. This is... awkward. He looked down at his paws.
"Um... well... I'm sorry if you're not happy... but... I'm sure they'll be just wonderful. And I'll love them, and watch them so you won't have to be stuck in the nursery, and I'll teach them all sorts of things, I'll be a great father, the best there ever was!" He said frantically.
OOC: lol, he thinks she's not happy about having his kits XD funneh Fade.

Hopewhisper just smiled. She nuzzled his side. "Of course I'm happy" she mewed "they are yours after all." She purred deeply.

Fade calmed down a bit, but he was a little puzzled. And then he realized it. She thought I wouldn't be happy about us having kits. Silly she-cat. He thought, nuzzling her gently.
"I love you, Hopewhisper. And our kits." He murmured in her ear.

OOC: Aw fudge monkeys... So how many we goanna have? I thought maybe just one... or two.
BIC: Fade smiled at her and brushed his muzzle against hers gently, taking in her sweet scent, now with a little trace of milk in it. He was so happy. He never thought this would happen to him, of all cats. He was just basking in the warmth and glow at that point.
