Same old night

Blazepath laid a far off corner in the camp away from roaming room of his clanmates. The night was brewing rain but the moon still shined bright in the sky. It been a moon since he talked to his love but now speckledtail had her controled.

"I hate this place" he hissed

A clouded moved showing off four stars gathered together. HE felt as he was dreaming, so quiet here no trouble. Closing his eyes a soft mewl went though his ears.

'kits up this late' he thought he looked over at the nusery. 'Wonder if that new cat had her kits, be a funny thing more kits in a place that hated two cats feeling anything for each other'

[Peaches]

Athena tried to hush her kits. "Shh," she whispered. Sometimes kits got on her nerves, but she had to keep cool. "Quiet down my angles. Cat's are sleeping." the she cat meowed smoothly. She wrapped her tail around them.

Blazepath knew he heard someone coming from the nusery, he should just check and see whats going on. He got up, shaking off bits of dirt and pebbles. His paws went softly to the enterance of the nursery. He poked his head in to see the new she-cat with her new litter. "Those kits are loud ones aren't they" he meowed softly with a smile hoping she was different from most silentclanners.

[Peaches]

Athena smiled sweetly back. "They are being quite loud. They don't seem to realize there are other cat's in the camp that need sleep." She rolled her eyes at the kits as Luna squealed so loudly it could have woke the whole camp. "Kits will be kits...I guess."

Blazepath walked forward trying not to wake speckledtail and he reach forward to luna. He looked up at Athena and nodded toward the comment about the kits. "When did you last feed them?" he asked stepping away toward the enterance. "Kits I found do that when their hungry"

[Peaches]

"I feed them just before you came in. I think Luna is just mad because Snowball was born." Athena smiled at the friendly tom. "Duskgaze is their father." the she-cat said. "I'm Athena. What may your name be?" Athena asked in a friendly manner.

"I'm Blazepath" he said sharply as he seen a queen move slightly, "nice to meet you Athena". he said giving his paws a quick clean as he wasn't to leave now. "May I ask how you came here?" he said looking for conversation.

[Peaches]

"I don't know why I'm on your territory, but once I was I met Duskgaze, I fell in love with him, and he took me back to his camp. Next thing I know I'm a mother and a new Scilence Claner." Athena meowed in a hushed tone, careful not to wake the other cats. Luna bit down on Snowball's tail, and Athena put the kits on oppisite sides from each other.

"love...strange thing" he meowed, "It can lead you to a new adventure" he smiled remembering his dear derigo. "Those kittens going to grow up to be strong, hope they keep their innocent feelings though, keeps family more closer." He mrrow a laugh as one of the kits tried to struggle agaisnt Athena

[Peaches]

Luna crawled away from her mother's grasp, and started to bat at the large tom's front paws. Her little tail flick back and forth in effort of batting the paws of they visitor. Athena grabbed her kit. Luna let out another loud squeal, followed by a soft fart and brup at the same time.

"whose that little kit" he asked as he fell softly to the ground from the kit effort to beat him. A rock poking from the ground stabbed him softly in his belly. Crimson blood started dripping from the wound and a sharp pain slipped into his mind. "ouch" he said looking at the blood, giving it a good lick and some moss it was fine again.

[Peaches]

"That's Luna." Athena said while trying to keep the kit under control. "Did she do that to you!" Athena meowed when she noticed blood. "I'm so sorry." she said. Athena rapped her tail around Luna alone to try to keep her from escapeing, but Luna bit Athena's tail and waddeled to the tom her mother was talking to. She laid down at his paws, rapping her small tail around her tiny paws.

"I'm fine" he said a bit lieing to pain still seered his belly. He got down softly this time to be eye to eye with the tiny kit. "your a cute little thing" he meowed in a husky voice. He got back up coping what the kit was doing lifting his tail and rapping it around his paws.

[Peaches]

Luna lifted her tiny paw and started batting at the air as if there was a leaf. Athena sat and watched as her kit did no harm...for now. Luna instinctively got into a hunter's crouch, and pounced on a piece of moss. She started biting at it, and tearing it to shreds with her claws.

Blazepath chuckled. He picked up a large ball of moss swinging it so tiny balls of moss float down toward the ground. 'I wish I was a father' he thought with a grin. "This one going to be a great hunter" he laughed

[Peaches]

Luna stood up on her hind legs, and started batting at the pieces of moss floating down to the ground. The she cat fell back wards trying to catch one especially large piece of moss floating down to the ground, but pulled herself back up. Luna started to hop up and down while batting in the air, as if that would help her catch a piece of floating moss.

Blazepath looked up at Athena and seen a tired look in her eyes. He leaned forward toward the kit and spoke as quiet as he could, "you want to know the secret to be a amazing fighter, even those deadly moss clouds will seem like nothing, the secret is a good night rest" he purred softly and looked at the kit straight in the eyes. "This means closing your eyes and waking up in the morning to a way stronger cat. That other kit that you seem to like to beat up will be afraid of you"

[Peaches]

Luna smiled. She padded back to her mother and curled up in a ball. "Thank you." Athena whispered. She too curled around her kits and layed down, but didn't go to sleep.

"I best go, I have some thinking to do about life" Blazepath said quietly. The rock that stabbed him he found between his paws. He picked it up and threw it across the clearing. "I hope to talk to you again...if you want"

[Peaches]

"I would love to." Athena meowed. 'What dose he need to think about life, I wonder.' she thought.
