He dodged her mouth attack, although her teeth did hit his shoulder and it drew a little blood. He darted around her, until he was behind her, and bowled into her back legs, trying to knock her off balance. His legs had power coursing through them, it he felt very strong. He could win this, he knew it!

Mistake. Possibly his last. Whisper, instead of bowling forward or trying to dodge, kicked out with her hindlegs. Some cats may have wondered why she hardly ever used her hindclaws in a fight; others didn't. But if they had known, they would have been wary. Her hindclaws, reinforced with dog's claws, could possibly tear out the throat of a badger. She kicked them out into Sweepingwind's face; the tom would be lucky to get out of that one without a scar or two. She curled her lip. If he thought he could get her that easily, he was wrong.

At the right moment, he had ducked his head, letting her claws scrape the tip of his ears, drawing a little blood and pain. He snorted and laughed at her, and immediately bit into her tail, dragging her down that way, skin and fur tearing off to and fro. After that, he dashed to her side, scraping his claws down her back, and was infront of her suddenly. Screeching, he leapt to her throat, caught it, and latched on. He was trying to kill her, just leave her breathless and bleeding.

OOC: My character's not a whimp, you know. BIC: Whisper let him chew her tail. She knew something he didn't; that thingyiness lead to destruction. She hardly felt the pain as he released his hold. She had been targeted there so many times before, it didn't matter much now. Besides, he hadn't done that much damage anyway. As his claws sought her side, she stepped lightly out of the way. He didn't even touch her. He thought he was so great. Whisper pinned her ears back. It couldn't be more obvious when he lunged at her throat; a full-frontal assault would get him nowhere. She let him think he had her and then she lifted her left paw. Another of the paws she rarely used, and when she unsheathed her dog-enforced claws one could see why. These were her greatest weapons, rarely used so that they had no chance to weaken themselves. But she'd use them now, to get rid of this pest. Whisper tore down at his throat; it was an easy hit, since his teeth were already locked in her throat. She would tear his throat out and if he was lucky she'd give him a wound deap enough to be fatal if it was not treated.

Sweepingwind stepped aside as her claws came down, and the only hit his shoulder. Letting go of her, he sighed. "Stop." He said strictly, and turned to Fallingstar. "This is silly. Do we need a deputy?" He flicked his tail, not waiting or wanting her answer. "Make her deputy, I don't care! You think that's all I want a high rank. I don't. I could care less!" He spat, staring at Whisper. He honestly didn't care, at all. He didn't need any of them, all he needed to do was make sure SilenceClan win every battle and stay strong. Not to be filled with cats who believe in any Clan traditions. Next thing you know, Fallingstar would be ordering elders to bury the dead and hold vigil, or she'd have to pick Deputies before moonhigh.

Whisper did not relax. Her eyes were calm and composed, her stance seemingly-relaxed, but her muscles were tense. If Fallingstar told her to preceed, she'd make use of the little presents her Master had given her. The only paw she didn't have dog-claws on was her right, because it was her strongest. She prefered to have some freedom from that feeling of power, even though it wasn't quite a feeling for her. She stared coldly at Sweepingwind, and then reluctantly moved her gaze to Fallingstar. She curled her lip.
"If he wants to give up, I suppose he's fought well so far." She muttered. She hated fighting, if she hated anything, but it was something she had long ago accepted. She would preffer not to have to kill Sweepingwind, but she would if she thought it was the best thing to do, or even the appropriate thing to do. Murder did not phase Whisper. After all, she thought, flexing her claws, I slaughtered my own kin.

"I'm afraid, Sweepingwind, that you did in fact give up." Fallingstar was disappointed that both cats were still alive. She tried to think of a suiting punishment for a SilenceClanner. "I give you two options for complete surrender: Either leave now, or take one blow from Whisper, or another cat if you prefer." She nodded to the emotionless she-cat. "Also, if you do not mind, Whisper, do you want to be Deputy?"

"Fallinstar. I'd like to see a hit from you." He smirked, knowing the she-cat would oblige to that easily. She didn't have nine lives, right? He could kill her easily if she did that, but he wouldn't. He'd be 'loyal,' whatever that meant to her. He snorted when Whisper was asked to be Deputy. He didn't feel any envy, but it was just a typical world they lived in.

Whisper blinked. She had earned the right to be called Deputy, and therefore she would accept the honor.
"Yes, Fallingstar, if it be acceptable with you." She meowed, dipping her head respectively.

[[Go ahead and try to kill her! I dare ya! xD]]
"So it be. Whisper will be our new Deputy. As for you..." She smiled at Sweepingwind. Leaping gracefully from her perch, she landed in front of him. One chance to send this warrior to his death. She lashed a paw forward, aiming a powerful blow right at his neck. If she was successful, she would rip out his throat and he would die. However, if he backed away and did not take the blow, not listening to her words of submission, maybe there was hope for him.

He ducked at flung himself at Fallingstar's chest, not thinking properly. Leaping back, he realized he had just attacked his leader, the one he had a little crush on. Backing away, he prepared to meet Fallingstar's claws formerly.

Fallingstar smiled her vicious smile. Maybe he was worth something, but turning and attacking your leader wasn't the best way to prove it. He could stay, for now. She nodded. "Dismissed." She turned and walked swiftly away.
[[Fallingstar has left teh RP.]]

Sweepingwind watched her walk away briskly, and walked away himself. He headed toward the medicine den; even though SilenceClan had no medicine cat he might something like old cobwebs to soak up his battle wounds. [[Sweepingwind has left, too]]

Whisper watched with an impassive stare. Hmm... Deputy. This is an honor, I would believe, but it is also a heavy burden. One must not get too cocky. The mission is to succeed, and therefore I shall. She thought. With a curt nod, as if satisfied, the she-cat padded towards the Warriors den to sleep.
Chaos and Renegade sat, Chaos seemingly amused and Renegade indignant.
"That was lame," he complained, "Nothing came of it!" He cried.
"How could you speak so when a new Deputy, one strong and worthy of recognition, if we are lucky, has been appointed?" Chaos asked coolly, her whiskers twitching. Renegade snorted.
"Hmph. She could have killed that darn Sweepin'wind if he hadn't wimped out." He growled.
"Then perhaps he was wise." Chaos meowed thoughtfully.
