"TrueClan? Well, I can't say I know a lot of them, since I've never heard of them. But all I know is there is a large band of cats up that way. Nearly caught me snoozin' here a few times. Not much of a friendly bunch, I'd reckon." She meowed, narrowing her eyes.
"What sort of cat were you talking about earlier?" Ashfire asked.
"Cat? Oh yes. Big dark she-cat. Smelled faintly like you when she first came here. Don't know her name." Wildeyes meowed. Ashfire looked down at Ebonytail, who had a funny look on her face.
"Did she seem... dangerous?" Ashfire asked.
"Nah. A sulker, maybe, but not too unkind lookin'." Wildeyes mewed, her voice resuming its strange accent.
"So, how do you know TrueClan?" Ashfire asked. It didn't seem the cat knew anything.
"Well, if that's what that band o' cats is called, I watch 'em in their camp from a high point above it. Nice scoutin' place, surprised they haven't found it." Wildeyes meowed. Ashfire looked down at her friends.
"Could you get in to the camp from this point?"
"Sure as daylight y'could." Wildeyes replied.

"Ashfire, their not just going to welcome us into their clan....so how are your brothers going to know we're here for them." Hollyleaf worried that something bad might happen.

Ashfire stared down at her paws.
"I don't know... perhaps we'll get lucky." She meowed. Almost instantly after she said that, a fierce voice called out from the brambles behind the three cats.
"Who's there?" Wildeyes squeaked nervously and leaped down from the rock, taking off into the bushes. Ashfire joined her friends, staring at the dark shape that lingered for a moment. Ashfire's heart beat wildly, but somehow she felt a calming essence at hearing the strong voice.
"Ashfire, Ebonytail, and Hollyleaf of ThunderClan." She meowed firmly.
"Ashfire? So, you've all become Warriors, have you?" A tortoiseshell form stepped from the undergrowth, and two pale blue eyes flashed as the tom flashed the she-cats a friendly smile. Ashfire's eyes filled with tears.
"It's been a long time since I heard your voice, Ash." The tom meowed. Ashfire felt her legs weaken slightly.
"A long time indeed... Saviorpaw."

[[ Wait for a girl, why don't ya? Seriously, I want to get a post in please! ]]
Ebonytail saw Saviorpaw, curiosity filled her expression. They were siblings, but e was still an apprentice? Why? TrueClan had interesting ways, interesting indeed. She would have blushed be it possible, the tom seemed almost... charming. Nothing like his sister. She was rough, fierce, determined. A good warrior. He seemed more like a Medicine Cat, perfectly loving and never cruel. Maybe it was just her perspective. The world had been exceptionally cruel to her recently, and it wasn't letting up now. "So this is the infamous Saviorpaw. If Nightpaw is even slightly as presentable as your brother I'd like to meet him to." Ebonytail meowed, flicking Ashfire's ear with her tail. "You never told me your brothers were nice. And I guess I never associated well with the other apprentices when my own brother... left." She shook her head sadly. Mountainfur and she had been inseparable, and they were always together. It took away from time with others. Actually, her first real friends were the two she stood by now. When Mountainfur had left, she had nothing to do. She did not know what to do. So alone. So utterly alone. Never again.

OOC: Sorry... I got carried away. XP
BIC: Saviorpaw listened intently to Ebonytail, his blue eyes betraying none of his inner thoughts. Though, to be honest, he wasn't thinking of anything but Ashfire. He couldn't believe his sister was here. That he was hearing her voice after all this time... tasting her scent, sweet and real on the wind. He had dreamed of seeing her again. But then something Ebonytail said made Saviorpaw start.
"Nightpaw? Isn't he in ThunderClan?" Saviorpaw asked.
"He... he dissapeared." Ashfire meowed sadly. She had hoped fervently that Nightpaw was with Saviorpaw in TrueClan, but it seemed... he was lost still. Saviorpaw's eyes filled with pain.
"Oh. I see."
"Saviorpaw? What's going on?" A silvery voice asked from the bushes. Saviorpaw flicked his ear.
"Nothing, just some... travelers." He meowed. A grey she-cat emerged beside him, her peircing blue eyes seemingly searching Ashfire's very soul.
"Who is that, Saviorpaw?" She whispered fearfully.
"This is Mistpaw. We're out hunting together for a wounded apprentice." He meowed.
"You smell sort of strange." Ashfire commented warily.
"I came to this Clan from SilenceClan." Mistpaw meowed emotionlessly.
"Oh." Ashfire mewed. Saviorpaw looked down at his paws.
"So Nightpaw is gone, huh? That rascal. What did he run off for?" Saviorpaw asked.
"I have no idea." Ashfire murmured.
"Nightpaw?" Mistpaw asked. Ashfire turned to her.
"Our brother. He lived with me in ThunderClan... but dissapeared near the RiverClan border nearly a moon ago." She meowed. Mistpaw's eyes narrowed.
"What does he look like?" She asked.
"He's black, with a white chest and paws. And amber eyes." Ashfire meowed.
"I think I know where he is." Mistpaw meowed, though her tone made the news almost ominous.
OOC: I know I'm hogging all the action, so I'll leave it off there... sorry guys.

Saviorpaw and Ashfire's eyes both trained on the white and grey she-cat. Mistpaw's eyes stared off into the distance.
"He's in SilenceClan." She meowed.
"They're keeping him prisoner!?" Ashfire screeched indignantly, "The filthy, no good, heaps of-"
"No." Mistpaw interupted. "He has joined SilenceClan. I am not sure why, but your brother seems to have lost his memory. Perhaps you can help him... but it's probably too dangerous a journey." She meowed. Ashfire felt her heart would break. But I'd risk my life for him. SilenceClan or not!

"That is a risk we're going to take, Mistpaw. I haven't came all this way for nothing.." Hollyleaf meowed with spark in her eyes.

"Risk our lives for your brother? Are you suicidal? SilenceClan means death!" Ebonytail shook her head. "I agreed to come this far, but I don't think we could. At least not yet. Can't we wait a little longer?" Truth was that EBonytail was scared. Scared of leaving, of fighting for someone she did not know. Or know well, more like it. She did not want to die, to leave her brother and her friends. Was she being selfish? "Please don't drag me into a death wish." She muttered.
---
Flame red emerged from the brush. Carrying two voles, beaming. But the joy instantly faded as he saw the newcomers. Who are they? He gave Mistpaw a curious gaze, pointing the them.

Ashfire looked at Ebonytail and said nothing for a few moments. She inclined her head slightly.
"If you don't want to come, Ebonytail, I won't speak against you. I understand what your thoughts are. But know that no matter what, I am going to rescue my brother." She meowed, looking at Saviorpaw with a fierce spark in her amber eyes.
Mistpaw turned and saw Canyonpaw.
"This is Saviorpaw's sister, Ashfire, and her friends. They are Raven's siblings." She meowed. Saviorpaw listened to Ebonytail with no expression in his blue eyes. Then he closed them and sighed.
"Fear is as suicidal as walking into a death trap, Ebonytail. We must be brave, not only for our own sakes but for each other's. Nightpaw was a good cat, and he doesn't deserve to die a monster." Saviorpaw meowed, glaring down at his paws. Mistpaw looked at him with pain in her blue eyes. She turned to Ashfire.
"Just because your friend isn't going, doesn't mean you're short one cat. You can count me in." Mistpaw meowed fiercely.

Ashfire smiled at Hollyleaf, feeling gratitude rise up in her chest towards the young Warrior. She could see Saviorpaw nodding slightly. Even if Ebonytail's not on board, we still have enough cats for this mission... She thought.

Ashfire shook her head and sighed.
"Well, if that's it, let's go." She meowed. Mistpaw looked at Canyonpaw questioningly, but Saviorpaw flicked his tail and padded towards SilenceClan without anyone even pointing the way.
"How do you know where to go?" Ashfire asked.
"I've been near the border of SilenceClan before, if you could call it a border. And you know how I memorize landscape in my mind." He meowed. Ashfire watched him silently. Yeah, but I don't remember you being that good at it.

Ashfire would have echoed her friend's sentiments, but she didn't want to make Ebonytail feel guilty about not joining them. After all, she was right when she said she didn't know Nightpaw, and therefore had no reason to risk her life for him. She and Saviorpaw had a sworn duty to their kin, to try and protect him as best they could. She turned and eyed her friend with a parting smile, perhaps even the last shared between them. Who knew but StarClan what lay beyond the SilenceClan border?
Saviorpaw was silent as he padded slowly onward, not outpacing himself so as to make it hard for the others to catch up. Mistpaw was looking at Canyonpaw, wondering whether he would come or not. She figured he might not want to, so she just shrugged and turned to catch up to Saviorpaw and Ashfire. She saw a flash of white among the bushes, but disregarded it as unimportant... for the moment.

Canyonpaw felt his heart dip and falter. They were new here - if someone caught them, they might think they were traitors. He looked to the other cat staying, and realized what he would be thought of if he did not go. So he hurried after Mistpaw, stumbling as a white streak of a pelt, he could swear, was noticed. He brushed his tail up against his friend, and love, to signal his attendance. Then he cast one more weary glance back at the other cat, before bidding silent farewell and following the group.
---
Ebonytail slowly slunk back toward her camp, she could feel the sadness burning in her whole frame. It shook her, and she wailed with grief at the failed attempt to find her sanity. She felt silly, like by doing this she was already giving up her freedom. Her mind, swirling and tumbling out of control, made her gasp as she was taken aback. Normally, she was very organized. Not knowing where her feet carried her, she nearly crashed into the hunting tomcat. Of course, she turned and raced off swiftly before he had a chance to even blink. As she ran, she noticed another cat. She padded closer, somewhat curious. The snow-white she-cat noticed her, and bolted off. Almost as quickly as she had fled, she had returned. White with beautiful black flecks and marks, but a disgusting scent wreathing her. "Hello, young one. Are you lost? Return home with me." She meowed gently, and suddenly the sweet and clean scent of a TrueClan tom could also be detected. The she-cat suddenly rubbed up protectively against Ebonytail. But she reconsidered something and ran.Ebonytail liked herself, trying to clean off the stench left by the mysterious she-cat. The previously encountered hunting tom approached, eyes wide as he detected the scent. "SilenceClan!!!" He hollered, tackling down Ebonytail. Within an instant, she was buried by several warriors and being dragged toward a mysterious camp...

Mistpaw's eyes glowed when she turned to find Canyonpaw next to her. She just knew he would come with! She smiled and purred softly, then turned her attention back to Ashfire and Saviorpaw. They were whispering in low voices, but Mistpaw could hear them plainly.
"Is it still following us?" Ashfire was asking.
"Yeah. A she-cat, by the scent. Probably that one you were talking to." He meowed.
"But why follow us? Do you think she's a SilenceClanner?" Ashfire asked in hushed tones. Mistpaw cast a glance over her shoulder and saw a flash of white. I sure hope not.
The black tom sat in his Clan's camp, his white-tipped black tail curled around his white forepaws. Dozing in the warm sunlight, he hardly noticed when the powerfull, almost silent she-cat slipped beside him and sat down.
"A patrol comes, Raven." She murmured emotionlessly, like she always did.
"Huh? Oh, right." Raven meowed sleepily, getting to his paws and blinking. He saw they were dragging a beautiful form in between them, and Raven's heart sped up when he saw her.
"Who's that?" He asked, awed.
"A Clanner, most likely." Whisper meowed indifferently. Raven watched them lead her into the camp with interest.
"She smells so nice." He meowed softly, a troubled look entering his eye. Whisper looked down at him and arched her whiskery brow slightly.
"Does she? Well, I've never preffered the scent of ThunderClan myself... brings back unwanted memories. Memories lead to destruction and pain. Neither of which I am fond of." Whisper meowed darkly. Raven looked up at her, his eyes wide.
"T-ThunderClan?" He stammered.
"The strongest Clan in the forest, most would say. But that will soon change with the rise of SilenceClan. The pieces are falling into place, young Raven." Whisper meowed with no passion in her eye, no intentness and no expression to even show her interest in her own words. Raven shivered, though he hardly knew why. He turned his gaze back to the cat, who was led to the center of the camp and dropped, a ring of Warriors surrounding her.
"She's..." His voice trailed off and he tilted his head slightly.
"Careful how you let your feelings control you, Raven." Whisper growled sternly, though without must interest as usual. Raven looked up at her, then sniffed.
"Oh and become as stiff and unpleasant as you?" He retorted.
"You should think that a good thing, if you wish to be a SilenceClanner, Raven. To kill without feeling." Whisper meowed softly.
"Hmph." Raven grunted, pressing into the crowd of Warriors until he stood in the front, almost a tail-length from the pretty she-cat. He eyed her with his fierce amber gaze, wondering if he knew her from somewhere. It was almost as if he knew her name... it was on the tip of his tongue... Raven shook his head, but no matter how hard he tried he could neither remember nor forget the feeling. Suddenly a gear seemed to snap in his mind, and his eyes lit up.
"Ebonypaw!" He cried out, a little too loudly. But none of the cats around him paid him any heed.
