Tinywhisper shook her head.
"You don't understand. He has a lot of cats on his side! They all do what he says! Even Stormcloud couldn't fight him off, no cat can!" She exclaimed, trembling a little. Oh no, I just told him! I'm SO done for... She thought miserably.

"They've targeted several cats. Icestar being among them... It's my understanding that..." She swallowed, "Brokentail wants to take over ShadowClan. He's been controlling us all, with Shadestrike's help. Me and my brother Greyveil can't do anything about it, or he'll tell Icestar that we've been trying to kill her and she won't believe us over him. He also has some plot with Lilythorn... I'm not sure where it will go now that Articstar, her mother, is... well, a Warrior. But trust he won't leave her in good spirits." Tinywhisper meowed darkly. She hesitated.
"He's been in rendezvous with SilenceClan." She whispered.

Tidalwave shook his head. "Icestar has a good head on her shoulder's she wouldn't believe him for a minute" he mewed. "Plus SilenceClan isn't the most loyal 'clan'" he poimted out "they're most likely to double cross him."

"I've lost faith in any alternatives. My brother is the only thing I have, and if Greyveil is taken from me... and he will be." She said sadly.

Tinywhisper closed her eyes.
"I couldn't pull of anything, I don't have the muscle he has. Greyveil will follow him if I turn, that's for sure." She said. She looked up at Tidalwave and thought, maybe, for him... she might try though.

Tidalwave looked her over. She did have some sort of a build, it just needed to be shaped. "I'll help you get stronger" she mewed "no matter what it takes."

Tinywhisper looked at him unsurely. She had tried to become stronger, but she was just naturally very small. She wondered at his determination, that he would care for her at all. She had caused him nothing but trouble, and yet here he stood! She felt a little flush of happiness in her chest as she looked at him, but quickly surpressed it.
"Perhaps we should... raly together with the cats that have been targeted. I know Midnightsun is one of them." She meowed eagerly, hardly believing what she was saying and yet fully ready to fight this time.

Tinywhisper nodded.
"Brokentail and Shadestrike won't just sit by and let us take them down. We have to act decisively." She meowed with a nod, her blue-grey eyes burning as she looked at Tidalwave. Around him, she felt... braver. Stronger. He banished away all her fears and brought peace and clarity. Tinywhisper had never felt this way before, even around Greyveil. What was this strange feeling...?

Tidalwave nodded. He was smiling on the inside, he was proud of her, she found her strength. "Exactly" he mewed "we need to get someone on the inside."

A huge smiled spread across Tinywhsiper's face - very contraditory to her shy nature. She chuckled a little.
"Oh I can get you on the inside." She purred, her whiskers twitching as she thought of all the little things that they could find out, all the plans that would lead Brokentail and Shadestrike straight into a trap of her making... She realized she had quite a mind for scheming. Who would have thought it? She thought smugly.
