I'm sure you guys have heard about the story of the sparkly and the girl and the werewolf and etc, and in this other site I'm in, there's a Twilight chat which has bought loads of activity in the site. I thought perhaps it would also bring more activity here : D
So what do you guys think about it?

I thought the first two books were pretty good, the last two sucked somewhat (Breaking Dawn... was horrible) but I thought the movie was Ok. I mean... the actress for Bella sucked SOOO bad but otherwise I was relitively happy (what's with Laurant anyway?) And Jacob's cute <3 lol. I like him better in the movie than the book. I'm really excited for New Moon! Apparently they changed directors and it looks sooo great!

Yeah, well, I'm not at all interested in Vampires but then again Twilight doesn't have a vampire feel to it... at all. And what's with the "sparkily-skin" Edward thing in the movie? He looked like he was sweating! lol. Although, despite sucky graphics, I liked the tree climbing part. Trees are cool. lol.

I don't know, I'm simply not okay with the entire 'sparkly vampire' stuff. That's just too random and absurd. I liked the first book but then people began making a massive deal out of it and Twilight just became annoying. And Bella is such a Mary Sue. Plus, she demeans women so much! She is willing to do anything to be with Edward, even if it includes sacrificing her family... I'm just not okay with it. And she gets flattered when Edward stalks her and watches her as she sleeps Dx
Sorry it's fun to criticize :3

Actually, on her website, Stephenie Meyers clarifies: She had a dream about the meadow scene, where basically, Edward shows Bella what he looks like in the sunlight, and as he's all sparkly, he keeps saying that he's a vampire. Of course, they weren't named at the time, and Steph was trying to figure out a way to make the sparkly-thing less humorous..
I really enjoyed the writing in the first book, but it seemed to go downhill after that.. Again, I agree with Snow, seeing as Bella seems to drool over Edward TOO MUCH. 0.o" It's rather disgusting that she would go through so much for a guy that would just as soon take her life.
