Swifteyes smiled.
"All in a day's work." He purred, beaming. He wasn't sure what he was feeling at the moment; a warmth in his chest he'd never felt before. He thought perhaps he really did like Grayfire more than he would any other she-cat... but it was a little early to be sure. Or was it? Swifteyes wasn't sure. He blinked and looked into her beautiful face, wondering if she knew how pretty she really was.
"You're very... you look very beautiful when you smile." He meowed, blushing and scuffling his paws in embarrassment.

Grayfire blushed. No tom had ever complemented her except for Pheonixwraith. She knew Pheonixwraith would tell her the warmth that she felt was true love. "You're very handome" she mewed.

Swifteyes smiled.
"Thanks." He meowed, not really sure what else he could say. His tail tip twitched a little and he thought back to the days with his sister, when she had been happy and carefree... He felt almost as he did then when he was with Grayfire. It... it was nice. He had never felt so close to any other cat, and in such a short amount of time, too. But Swifteyes didn't want to complain. He just wanted to revel in the moment...

Grayfire smiled. Her world had been lit up again. She could sense Pheonixwraith with her, she knew this was right. "I wish we could go do something" she mewed "but i'm stuck here."

Swifteyes smiled.
"Well, Ashfire would probably watch your kits for a little while. Won't you, Ashfire?" He asked pleadingly. Ashfire blinked open her eyes and stared at him, then nodded and yawned.
"Yeah, sure..." She murmured sleepily, nosing Tigerkit back to her belly from where he had wandered to.

Grayfire smiled. "Thanks" she mewed. "You be good" she mewed, licking her kits' heads. She got to her paws and stretched. She padded out of the nursery, the sun warming her pelt. "I haven't been out in ages" she mewed.

Swifteyes followed, giving Ashfire and quick smile before emerging beside Grayfire. He looked up and pricked his ears to listen to the faint birdsong that often filled the forest at such times as Sunhigh. He purred and stretched as the sun warmed his pelt.
"It's nice to just get out and relax, isn't it?" He mused.

Grayfire nodded. It was beautiful out, she listened as birds chirped in the forest. "It's such a beautiful day" she mewed,
