Sparkheart lay in a heap. Sparkling tears dripped off her muzzle onto the dirt. Her heart was broken, she felt like her life was ripped away. She would have to move on. "I know if it wasn;t for Chaos, it would be Ren and me and our kits" she reminded herself.

The large grey boulder tumbled swiftly through the plains, crushing anything that fell in its way. A flower, the only in the area. Thick green grass, ripped up by leathery claws. The boulder ended the life of the small mouse, crushing it between massive paws. No need for a bite to kill. It was dead before it had even began to run. The boulder, an incredibly large tom named Tentic, swiveled his head toward the sound of sorrow. It wasn't his fault. So why was it there? "Hey Sparkheart." Tentic said in a deep, rumbling voice that was his own.

Sparkheart looked up. She brought her ginger tail to mwipe the tears from her amber eyes. "Hello Tentic" she mewed. She never really noticed hom before, but he was quite handsome. Maybe he's the one I need to help me move on she thought.

"What wrong?" He asked in a voice like thunder, like a stampede of hooves. He had never fully loved the depth of his voice, nor the shallow, lack of complexity to his mind. But his strong build and graceful strides made him a marvel to look at. At least he thought so. He sat down and stared quizzically, in a not-so-quizzical fashion, at the Captain.

Sparkheart thought about spilling everything to this kind tom. He reminded her of Renegade and his gentle nature around her. "The one I loved left me" she mewed "for a dirty kittypet." "He broke my heart, I don;t think I can ever feel the same way about him." Words poured from her mouth like the words of a fairy tale cut short.

Tentic frowned. He wasn't a mushy tom, and his tiny brain couldn't process how bad she felt. He shrugged it off and wondered what next. "Well, errr... Sorry." He said in a monotone voice as deep as his was. He blinked and looked away, not sure what to do next. He wasn't bright that way.
