"Can you tell me about it?" Thyme asked emotionlessly, not at all concerned. Because he knew what it all meant anyway. He tried to catch Runningflight's gaze but the tom wouldn't look in his direction. It wasn't all bad, was it? Apparently Runningflight thought it was. With a sigh, the tom shook his head and tried to focus on the task at hand.

Bluefeahter curled up protectively. "I know what mine means, Thanks. I'll only share it if...." She broke off and didn't say anymore. Bluefeather, who had always been bold and upfront, was now a shy, frail cat, with eyes as large as the moon.

Thyme rolled his eyes.
"Of course you do. You're going to die, huh?" He said with a sigh, shaking his head. He forgot about her, though, and turned back to Flameheart. He noted out of the corner of his eye, Goldenheart suddenly focus on the happenings. But she'd have to wait for now.

Bluefeather's eyes blazed. "Yeah. Maybe I will. All to you ungrateful apprentices! You have no idea, do you? How hard it is, knowing you'll die without an apprentice? ShadowClan will die without me, especially with all these dark horizons brimming around. And who will come save the day? Definitely not know-it-all apprentices, with no respect!" She hissed, murder darting from her eyes.

Flameheart forced herself to ignore the horrifying visions. She got to her paws again, tears still coating her eyes. "Bluefeather calm down" she mewed. "If you wish, I can train an apprentice for you" she mewed "just choose them, I will make sure ShadowClan will survive."

Thyme shook his head.
"Both of you stop whining and worrying. I know things none of you could begin to comprehend. One of which is that you will not leave the Clan without a healer. He'll replace you." Thyme knew who but decided better not to say.
"And Flameheart, it's okay. Your dream isn't all that important. Runningflight, I already talked to you."
[[This is a vision all the Medicine Cats and the leaders are seeing...]]
Suddenly, the cave lit up as the Moonstone began to glow a vibrant orange color, like a fox's red fur. A mysterious she-cat with stars all through her pelt stepped forward and bowed her head at the other cats, having emerged mysteriously from the Moonstone.
"We must talk." She said plainly.

Featherrain got up and ran to Bluefeather, like a little kit. "I don't want you too die, Bluefeather ..." She started to cry. Death always took the best out of her.

"Yeah? Bluefeather said ignorantly. "I'll be dead in a few sunrises, your message won't mean anything to me." she said, disgusted with Thyme. How does Rubyshine and Littlecloud stand him...He is annoying and bratty. She decided never to speak to him again. Well, she'd be dead soon, so she wouldn't have to deal with his pestering little omens.

Littlecloud turned to the Moonstone, his eyes widening. He glared at the other Medicine cats.
"Shut up! Can't you see a messenger from StarClan is here!? Stop your stupid, senseless bickering." He growled. He turned to the she-cat. He dipped his head.
"We are listening." He meowed to her respectfully.
OOC: So who's going to be the meddy after Bluefeather?

The she-cat dipped her head.
"If you wish, I will come back next moon." She said, her voice powerful like the waters of the gorge. She sparkled like the Moonstone, still orange in color. The lights that playedthrough the stone flickered like agitated water, creating the shapes of cats on the walls that faded and then illuminated again. But something about the she-cat struck Runningflight as familiar.
"Foxleaf?" He asked in surprise.

BIC: Littlecloud realized that Runningflight was right. The she-cat did look like Foxleaf, but somehow different. He shook his head and blinked.
"No, please don't go. We must hear what you have to say." He said, glaring at the other two medicine cats before turning back to the apparent Foxleaf.

The she-cat nodded and sighed.
"I bring you news that you might enjoy. And yes, I am Fox. But you may know me by any name. Fox, Foxsun, Foxfur, Foxheart, Foxwhisker, Foxtail, or Foxleaf." She said with a friendly smile. "I bring you news of a change in the Medicine Cat Code." She said with a glint of joy and amusement in her eyes.

"What do you mean? don't go telling me medicine cats are now allowed to have mates...or..." Rubyshine broke off, looking at Littlecloud, her own mate. If medicibe cats were allowed to have mates...Littlecloud and I wouldn't have to be a secret.

Fox smiled and nodded.
"Death is not around the corner, Bluefeather. Your death is still moons away. And be kind to the apprentices, they will one day heal these great Clans." Fox continued with a purr of amusement.
"Since the cats of this time cannot keep a rule that was never an original to begin with, we will rid the forest of it. The rule of Mates and Kits was added two or three decades of leaders and Medicine Cats later than the original rules were made. They were added for ease and safety. But they can never be kept. So the rule is now null and void. Your leaders have been informed as well." She said with a nod. Then she faded away on the wind, blown away like dust. The stone returned to normal color and all was quiet afterward.

Littlecloud stared dumbfoundedly at the place where Foxleaf or Foxsun or just Fox maybe had dissapeared. So that's it. Rubyshine and I... we can be together now. StarClan even says so. He turned and smiled at her, feeling happiness fill his haert.

Littlecloud felt his happiness evaporate. Well you didn't have to tell them now Rubyshine! He thought, exasperated. They had only known that they could be mates for three seconds and she was already parading it about the place. He sighed. Oh well. I guess it would have come out eventually.
"Otherstar told us that it was alright to love. That we should be encouraged to love. I suppose StarClan agrees." He murmured.
